These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of
paxautocratica.hunt-games.com (the "Site"), operated by Hunt Games
("we", "us"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site provides free, independent editorial information — guides, reference data and commentary — about the video game Pax Autocratica. It is an unofficial fan resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Multiverse or any other rights holder.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not:
- Copy, republish or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's content without written permission.
- Scrape or harvest the Site by automated means at a rate that burdens our infrastructure.
- Use the Site's content to train a machine learning model or generate derivative reference sites without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to misrepresent yourself as us.
4. Intellectual property
The original text, structure, layout and design of the Site are owned by Hunt Games.
Pax Autocratica, its name, logos, characters, artwork and screenshots are the property of Multiverse and/or its licensors. They appear on this Site for identification, reference and commentary — a purpose we believe constitutes fair use — and no ownership is claimed. See the disclaimer. Rights holders wishing to discuss any use should contact us.
5. Accuracy and no warranty
We take accuracy seriously — see our editorial policy — but the game this Site documents is in Early Access and changes frequently. Content is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is current.
6. Third-party links and advertising
The Site links to third-party websites, including storefronts and community forums, and may display third-party advertising. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Some outbound links may be affiliate links; see the privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site — including any reliance on information published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us to access the Site (which is zero).
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunt Games from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
9. Changes to the Site and to these terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may revise these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
