- The project ran a crowdfunding campaign under its previous identity, Earth From Another Sun.

What to actually do
- Check the campaign page's update log and your backer messages first. That is where fulfilment instructions normally land, and it is a record you control.
- Email Multiverse directly at
contact@multiverseinc.com, quoting your pledge tier and backer number. - Keep it in writing. If the answer matters financially, you want it in an email rather than a Discord message.
- Do not buy a second copy to "be safe" until you have an answer — it is the same Steam app, so an existing entitlement would already appear in your library.
